Saw this while browsing around and fell for it instantly, love the darker tones and strenght, very sleak put together.

Composition
The composition is quite good, the road that leads the eye (no matter how common it is) adds a nice effect that the eye can catch. The clouds are nicely placed on the sky in a way that leads the watchers's eyes directly to infinity. Nothing to say really about the crops, just that they add a good border to the image.
Drawback(s)
Although it seems you have given too much thought in the composition of the photo I believe you could do a bit better. For example, the stick that comes out of the fence on the right could be easily prevented. In addition to that you could also have not focused the main subject in the middle of the canvas and instead give a little more value to the sky or the ground.
Technique
The BW convertion surely gave a mystical and sophisticated feeling to the image, and the fading colour also made this feeling stronger. The long exposure is also contributing to giving a special mood, which is something that most viewers would like. Post process vignetting helps to focus on the main theme, too.
Drawback(s)
From a technical aspect the image is almost flawless. No blurry points, or unfocused spots.
Other comments and conclusion
All in all I believe that this image is a success. Especially what makes it worth is its good technique and nice feeling. However in my opinion the subject is a bit confusing to the watcher since you have put it in the landscape category and I would say it fits more with the surreal category. I would also add that the theme is a bit common, too.
